Before visiting Red Hook, it was unanimous that I had to get“ Baked”. I heard the delicious bakery and coffee shop had everyone’ s favorites with a thoughtful spin on each. Groggy and a little disoriented, I stepped foot into a balanced layout of contemporary rustic design with warm and inviting elements. However, the flawless design did not over compete with how bountiful their sweets were. Thankfully overwhelmed with how tempting everything looked, I simply ordered a plain scone and a coffee- saying“ no” to the award-winning brownies was not easy.
