Min Reqs : Bachelor ’ s degree in Electrical Engineering ( may be foreign educational equivalent ), one ( 1 ) year experience as an Electrical Engineer ; six ( 6 ) months experience using AutoCAD and one ( 1 ) year using DIALux lighting design software or Relux Desktop lighting design software .

Job Duties : Works under the direct supervision of a Guam professionally registered electrical engineer in preparing electrical engineering design plans for electrical and telecommunication systems . Also performs electrical product data and shop drawing review during post-construction award services to verify compliance with design intent . Performs electrical engineering field investigations at project sites on Guam . Uses AutoCAD software and DIALux lighting design software in performing job duties . Travels to company ’ s project sites in the MSA of Guam to perform electrical engineering field inspections .

Minimum Requirements : Bachelor ’ s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology ( may be foreign educational equivalent ), one ( 1 ) year of experience as a Civil Engineer or Project Civil Engineer ; and six ( 6 ) months of experience using AutoCAD .

Position Duties : Analyze civil engineering plans and specifications to assess civil engineering requirements for proposed construction projects ; estimates quantities and cost of materials , equipment , and labor to determine project feasibility , and formulates or assists in formulating construction methodology and critical path scheduling . Inspects project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance with the plans , specifications & safety standards . Provides technical advice regarding various aspects of the engineering works and prepares engineering references . Calculates and substantiates periodic payment requests . Uses AutoCAD software in performing job duties . Travels to company ’ s job sites in the MSA of Guam .
