At an intermediate level, surfers must have their own equipment, be between the ages of 10 - 16, be able to paddle out on their own, duck dive, steer clear of the lineup and catch their own waves. In addition 11-year pro and check certified, fitness trainer Adam Knox will be hosting high-level small clinics for explosive and fast results. For advanced competition clinics, surfers will have to have two years of competition experience and surf at high level and be between the ages of 10 - 20.
