Team Building is at the heart of the HR of any company
Last month DEEM celebrated its 13 years of upwards (with some tumbles) journey to success. Over 100 people have either worked, interned, volunteered or consulted through Deem Communications. Many of these people, now called DEEMers have stuck around and are in touch, started businesses together and even got married! This team of people, these professionals, these amazing humans are part of a big family. What makes them stick together is the bond that is forged over time while spending sleepless nights to complete a project, manage an event or launch a new product. This bond hardly fades away. It even builds character.
Over the past years, it has become a custom for DEEM to do an annual retreat in June to celebrate the birthday. In June 2019, our Director, Armine Zakayan led the team to a company retreat in Tbilisi where we played games, discovered culture and enjoyed each others company outside of the office space. A team building like this goes a long way. Such endeavor s are at the heart of HR of a healthy company!
