The Vision and Values
This term a group of S1-S6 students met with the graphic design team at Clyde Studios to work on some signage for the school . This includes a vision and values display as you enter the main door , a Ready Respectful Safe banner for the foyer / Dining Hall and a new sign for the main meal hatch . Work is also underway to produce a digital version of the logo created by Heidi Logan and the group will meet again next Tuesday to finalise the plans .
Marr College Christmas Cards
Well done to Dominic Galloway in S5 who designed our school Christmas cards this year .
Dominic was delighted his designs were chosen and many thanks to Mrs Brown and the Art & Design department for organising the cards .
Facemask Donation
Bonnymans Chemicals ( Kilbirnie ) have kindly donated 3,000 disposable masks to the school courtesy of their Managing Director , Steven Allam , who is a former pupil and President of Marr Rugby .
Business Advent Calendars
The Business Department have been creating interactive calendars for their classes this year – students can click to reveal a video , quiz or festive task , these were shared via students ’ OneNote on Teams . There were even some festive videos featuring the Business staff – although not in their usual work outfits ! Click below !
