I am extremely proud to share this beautiful home with all of
Ardmore! I was very fortunate to be a part of this project and
loved every minute of it from start to finish! Many of you read
the before article in October’s Newsletter. I am happy to
announce that this gorgeous transformation hit the market on
November 8 th and it was under contract 5 days later!
its 100 th birthday!”
Here is what my client Scott
Hemming had to say about the
project. “After 9 months of
hard work we are thrilled to say
this amazing project has come
to an end. We began in
February and finished the
home in November. The home
received a complete
restoration and renovation on
“There was so much work that went into restoring this old gem to the
neighborhood. The entire first floor received new floor joists. We rebuilt several
exterior walls and moved existing walls in the interior to create an open concept
throughout the main level.”
“The second floor had a full bath added to create a true master suite with a private
bath and walk-in closet. The whole house got new hardwood and tile floors. The
only flooring, we could save was the original stair case and banister. The mud
bench in the entry and window over the front door were saved and restored. The kitchen was completely redone
with new cabinets, granite and we added USB ports!”
“Virtually the entire home is brand new from a new cedar shake exterior, down to the sheet rock on the walls.
Every system was replaced, new electrical and plumbing!”
“This project has been a true "Labor of Love". My partner Greg and my wife Nanci and I are excited to be able to
present a brand-new, old historical home back to the Ardmore neighborhood! This is a house that otherwise
would have been torn down.”
