Did you know that Edna P. McCurdy
scholarships are also granted
for technical schools and career
development? In addition to college
funding, OC and the Scholarship
Foundation recognize that many people
are interested in learning a trade, or, if
already in the workplace, enhancing their
professional skills.
Funds can be granted to individuals interested in
trades such as automotive technology, food and
hospitality, construction, electrician and other
high-paying careers.
Professionals already working in their field can
use funds to advance themselves through classes
and training, including software skills development
classes, leadership and management courses, or
professional accreditations like certified project
manager, to name just a few.
OC provided additional funding to the Edna P.
McCurdy Foundation to ensure that as many of
our shareholders and registered descendants as
possible have access to the financial support they
need to be successful. Whether you are in Unalaska
