Ingredients :
• 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes
• 1 Small Package Feta Cheese
• 1 / 2 cup Finely Chopped Onions
• 1 / 2 Cup Olive Oil
• 1 / 4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
• 1 tsp . Oregano or Basil , dried
• Salt and Pepper - To Taste
Directions : Cut thin slice off top of tomato . Scoop out and discard pulp . Invert tomatoes on paper towel to drain . Whisk all ingredients except tomatoes . Spoon over tomatoes . Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes , then serve .
