EZ Kid ' s Christmas Craft Idea !

Sometimes , amidst all the hustle and bustle this time of year , we don ' t get a chance to slow down and enjoy a little fun and down time with the family . If you have young kids , this is a perfect project to do just that - make your own Holiday Snow Globes ! Supplies Needed :
• Small jars - baby food or small mason jars work well .
• A little toy to put inside . Note that the water is going to magnify how large your toy looks by quite a bit , so use a smaller toy than you originally intended .
• Glycerin ( can be purchased at a drug store )
• Glitter ( very fine glitter works best )
• Heavy duty glue ( Gorilla Glue , E6000 , Epoxy , etc .)
• Needle-nose pliers
Instructions : With your hot glue gun , put a little hot glue on the bottom of your toy . With needle-nose pliers , put it into your jar where you want it . Press it down a little to get it firmly in place . Let glue dry for 10 minutes . Fill jar with water . Put a small squirt of glycerin in it ( this is going to make your “ snow ” float better .) Add a pinch of glitter . Hot glue the lid in place and you ’ re done !
