• The Clinton County SPCA is open to the public for adoptions, at 33 Mill Hill Road in Lock Haven. A Santa Paws Cash Bingo will be held on December 20th, at 1 Piper Way in Lock Haven. • The Lycoming County SPCA is open for pet adoptions by appointment. Our Pictures with Santa Fundraising Event will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd, and Saturday, December 6th. • Centre County PAWS in State College is open to the public for adoptions Tuesday through Friday from noon to 6pm, and Saturdays and Sundays 11am to 4pm. The shelter is located at 1401 Trout Road in State College. A PAWS Bingo Event will be held on Friday, December 5th, at Lambert Hall in Bellefonte. An Animal Supply Drive will be held through December 14th for The Safe Haus dogs and Heidi ' s Furry Friends cats. Items needed include dry food, wet food, treats, food bowls, cat litter, and pet toys. Please drop items off at the PAC Building, College Avenue in Williamsport, near the LEC.
