Step 4: Get the snowy finish on top of the tiers Measure the top surface of the tiers and mark it out on white fondant.
Step 5 Using a fondant knife, cut the white fondant in wavy scalloped edges.
Step 6 Using a cake steamer, carefully hold a cut rectangle above the steam and pinch in the centre first then bring in the sides to create a floret.
Tip: Get the fondant in about 5-6mm thick which make it easier to handle.
