Fox Rothschild Marks 20 Years in
West Palm Beach With Donation to Friends of MacArthur Beach State Park | To commemorate two decades of service in Florida, Fox Rothschild’ s West Palm Beach office placed the spotlight on community impact by making a donation to the Friends of MacArthur Beach State Park. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to preserving and restoring the local Park’ s unique natural and cultural resources for current and future generations. The donation will directly support the group’ s educational programming, which reaches more than 5,000 local students annually, offering hands-on learning experiences and fostering environmental stewardship among area youth. This contribution reflects Fox Rothschild’ s enduring commitment to empowering young people through the firm’ s Generation Fox initiative. The office’ s 20th anniversary celebratory event, which also featured the refined sounds of a Palm Beach Symphony quartet, brought together clients and friends for an evening dedicated to appreciation and strengthening community ties— all centered around the firm’ s ongoing dedication to making a difference in the West Palm Beach community. Jones Foster is pleased to announce that litigation attorney Michael B. Habib has been appointed to the Federal Bar Association’ s( FBA) Editorial Board for a two-year term. In this leadership role, Mr. Habib will collaborate with fellow members of the FBA Editorial Board to develop and curate content for The Federal Lawyer, the official magazine of the Federal Bar Association. Members of the Editorial Board contribute to each issue by soliciting articles, reviewing and editing submissions, and proofreading final pages, among other tasks. Mr. Habib is also actively involved in the Federal Bar Association’ s Palm Beach County Chapter, where he holds leadership as Civics Liaison for the chapter’ s nationally recognized Civil Discourse and Difficult Decisions( CD3) program. Michael Habib, a member of Jones Foster’ s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters.

Jones Foster announces that Kristine
“ Krissy” A. Hosman has joined the firm’ s Real Estate practice group as an associate attorney. Ms. Hosman, who will be based in the West Palm Beach office, is the seventh attorney to join the firm this year amid a period of growth across multiple practice groups. She is the second attorney to join the Real Estate team in 2025. Krissy Hosman represents commercial real estate developers, investors, and property owners in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions. She guides clients through each phase of the deal cycle, from the negotiation of letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and due diligence review to the acquisition, mortgage financing, and sale of real property. Ms. Hosman earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, and a Certificate in Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she was the recipient of the Loyola Law Dean’ s Scholarship and Loyola LaNasa Provident Law Scholarship.
