Colours Awards

At Marr College we award something named Colours to students to create a positive atmosphere of achievement . The Colours are only available for S2 ' s to S6 ' s . Each year have a different item you can achieve from The Colours . In S2 and S3 , you can earn badges , in S4 you can earn Ties , in S5 you can earn half colours and in S6 you can earn full colours . You can earn four Colours at Marr College this can include Academic , Music , Sport and Wider Achievement . Here are the requirements for the badges :
Sport You must play a sport , for example Field Hockey or Swimming . Music You must play a musical instrument or sing and be a part of a music club in the school . Academic You should have high attendance , do your homework and have good grades . Wider Achievement You should have some volunteering hours or try and help the community in some way .
The easiest way to apply is to go onto the Marr College Website and print out the PDF attached to it . You can ask a teacher to print one out for you if you do not have a printer at home .
