Another way of doing it is to find things to prop each section up with , as I did , and glue it together standing up . In hindsight it would have been easier to do it on its side , so I ’ d do it that way ! Put it together whichever way you prefer and set it aside to dry for a few hours – remember not to move it during this time ! Tip : full water glasses are much heavier than empty ones and won ’ t slide allowing things to fall apart before the icing dries . Congrats !! Your sleigh is finished !!! I added royal icing lanterns to the front of mine which I think are super cute and I love making teeny tiny things , but if that ’ s not your jam , creating the lanterns is optional .
