Step 8
Take your base colour of fondant and kneed to soften .
Roll out your base colour with cornflour on the bench , this ensures it doesn ’ t stick , to desired thickness . Roll it slightly thicker than normal , as you will be pushing onto the fondant and applying pressure .
Step 10
Take your debosser , with fondant ready , to start the process of two toning .
Step 11
Place your debosser on top of the base fondant , don ’ t apply any cornflour to the top of the fondant , as you want it to be slightly sticky , so the two will join .

Step 13
Step 14
Step 15
Once you have added the pressure evenly to the stamp , you are going to slowly lift the stamp away from the fondant . Make sure you remove slowly , ensuring the fondant has stuck to the base and stays in place .
Once the two tone is set , take a light dusting brush to dust any cornflour away .
Take your desired cookie cutter shape and use it to cut the fondant .
This is now ready to place on top of your cookie , adding any finishing details you wish .
