Robert Diffenderfer has been named as the new Chair of the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches . Diffenderfer is a shareholder at Lewis , Longman & Walker in the firm ’ s West Palm Beach office . He specializes in governmental and environmental and land use law . Diffenderfer is the second member of his family to hold the position ; Michelle Diffenderfer , who is President and Shareholder at LLW , previously served as Chamber Chair . Diffenderfer will be sworn in as Chair at the Chairman ’ s Circle and Induction of Officers on Friday November 4th at the Armory Art Center in West Palm Beach . Diffenderfer is a graduate of Florida State University and earned his law degree at Georgetown University Law Center . He is admitted to the U . S . District Courts in the District of Columbia and the Southern and Middle Districts in Florida .
