David P . Dupéré , President and CEO
David P . Dupéré was recently appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wave . David had previously served as Wave ’ s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2008 .
David has been in the credit union / banking industry for more than thirty-five years . He has served in executive leadership roles within the credit unions as well as volunteer leadership positions at the local , state , and national levels .
Wave Federal Credit Union is a strong , well-capitalized , member-driven credit union . Wave has also always maintained a heightened sense of the importance to do good and provide a leadership role within our community . David ’ s leadership experience , vision for credit unions and deep understanding of its members ’ needs will build on the strength and stability of Wave . David will be leading a team that has a proven track record of effectively managing their members ’ financial needs and supporting its local community .
