CareLink
The CareLink devoted professionals serve seniors right in their care communities , providing specialized programming and services to complement the daily oversight they receive from their trusted healthcare team . They offer physical , occupational and speechlanguage therapy , dementia intervention and fall prevention programs , along with mobile dentistry , podiatry and audiology .
They ’ ve been working hard throughout the pandemic . COVID hasn ’ t stopped them from providing critical services to their vulnerable seniors and those living with disabilities in the state ’ s senior housing , assisted living , memory care and long-term care communities . During the pandemic , they expanded their care to individuals in the community by launching outpatient and wellness services .
They ’ re qualified professionals . They ’ re devoted to the people in their care . They ’ re also glad to be welcomed into the places people call home . After all , they ’ ve been around for twenty-five years and are proud to say that they ’ re part of the neighborhood .
