Wolf Matthewson did double duty this month , photographing RIM ’ s holiday lights feature , as well as Snapshot . Speaking to Frank O ’ Donnell about his butterfly / milkweed project in memory of his daughter was a reminder of how miracles often present themselves through nature , he says . Wolf also traveled around the state during the pandemic last December in search of the elaborate light displays in “ Lighting It Up .” That was an example of another kind of miracle as homeowners brought light into the community during a very dark time , he says . “ The light reflected back in the faces of the children was priceless .”
