In the Gold / Red Tee Division the team of Bruce King and Rick Drake had 21 points tying with the team of Paul Maini and Mike Bozeman .
The Ladies Division team of Susan Evans and Jan Beebe won with 19 points . On Thanksgiving Day , 28 players teed off and played a 10 hole course of X-Country Golf . Beautiful fall weather led to low scoring . The four person team containing members Mark Sayre and Louis Grandberry shot 9 under par using a captain ’ s choice format . One shot back was the team of Carol Blair , Winkie Roberts , Sofia Vargas and Scott Frasier . In the net division , the Looney Clan consisting of Pat , Seamus , and twins , Finn and Patrick , won with a fine 3 under par score .
COLLEGES : Both W & L men ’ s and women ’ s teams will be back in action in the spring . Both are hoping to make the NCAA tournament .
COURSE CONDITIONS : Early morning frost is the major factor affecting play from now until warmer nights prevail . Please respect the course conditions applicable to that day ’ s timing of when the course opens for play .
