LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Happy December !!! I want everyone to mark your calendars for Wednesday , December 15th ! We will be hosting our “ Member Only ” holiday party . We will provide a complimentary dinner to all attendees while enjoying axe throwing , a DJ , and Santa ’ s elves . RSVP ’ s are required by emailing reservations @ eaglebrooke . com . In addition to the party , the Golf Shop will be hosting their annual Holiday Sale ( 20 % to 100 % discount ) from 5pm-7pm on the same evening . Make sure to pop over and finish up any last-minute Holiday shopping .
In an effort to allow our team members to enjoy the Holidays with their loved ones , we will be doing an 8:00am shotgun for all of our golfers on Christmas Eve . The Trophy Room / Kitchen will remain open until 3pm . The golf course will close afterwards and will not re-open until Sunday , December 26th .

As a friendly reminder , all MGA members will see their 2022 fees ($ 50 ) charged to this month ’ s statement . Additionally , we will be billing all of the members of the Hole-in-one club their $ 10 fee for 2022 . Everyone who has signed up previously , will be billed automatically . Please note – if you do not see the charge on the statement that you receive on January 1st , you are not signed up . If you would like sign-up for the Hole in One Club or have questions , please email me @ rroberts @ eaglebrooke . com . You can sign up at anytime throughout the year .
