Applications for Trash Enclosures are required but the $ 25.00 fee will be waived . Fee also waived for parking pads should you choose to build one for additional parking on your own property .
Approval letters are generally emailed by the end of each month so if you no didn ' t receive it check your spam mail or give us a call at 302-933-8072 ext . 101 .
Holiday HOA Hours The HOA Office will close Dec . 23 at 1:00 PM and will be closed Monday , Dec . 26th in observance of the Christmas Holiday . Please plan accordingly .
Holiday Decorations As outlined in The Design Guidelines set forth for Plantation Lakes HOA , holiday lights and decorations should be tasteful in design . The exterior lights and related displays must be turned off each day by midnight . Any exterior lights and decorations should be erected on the front portion of the property an must and not perforate or damage the exterior of the house . The exterior lights and decorations must not reasonably disturb the peaceful enjoyment of the adjacent homeowners by illuminating nearby property and bedrooms or by creating a noise nuisance . Any lights or decorations for the holidays should be displayed and removed within a reasonable time period , generally 30 days prior to and 15 days post holiday .
