Grilled Sausage , Mushrooms and Peppers
Spicy Italian sausage adds heat to this versatile side
INGREDIENTS : 1 pkg whole button mushrooms 2 Tbsp olive oil 4 Italian sausages , grilled 2 cloves garlic , minced 1 red or yellow pepper , cut in 1 / 4 " strips 1 Tbsp white wine pinch of salt
METHOD : 1 . Sauté mushrooms in olive oil on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until caramelized . 2 . Slice sausages lengthwise . Add minced garlic , peppers , sausages , salt and white wine to mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes .
