Our city is rich in cultural diversity,
and immigrants to Canada have brought new flavours that influence our food landscape. Breathe new life into a family feast with side dishes that blend familiar and far away flavours. We invited chefs Edward Lam of Yujiro and Michele Di Fonte of Monticchio to pull from the traditions of Japan and Italy, to bring new flavours to the table and make your holiday dinner spread a globe-hopping affair.
