Our Lady Cardinals came out with an explosion of energy and excitement in their battle against rival cardinals , Orting .
Leila Kennach played threepointers for days , and her fire cross-court passes came straight from her fastpitch arm ! This was Terina Laban ' s first home varisty match , and she scored a two-pointer and rebounded like her life depended on it ! Hattie Lindow delivered with her free throws and many rebounds . Amelia Pierce executed great defense with a couple of steals on the court .
Senior athlete Tatalina Stewart also came in strong , scoring a three- and a twopointer , making it swish !
In the end , our Cards were cut short , with the final score at 29-58 . But our Lady Cards will come back stronger in the next home game ! Be sure to pack the stands on January 4th in our faceoff against the Enumclaw Hornets on Mega Night !
