INCEPTION ?
ROHIT & PUJA : “ MANAWAT HOUSE " is a 1800 sq . ft . duplex residence is located at Thane , Maharashtra which is very close to our heart .
The concept was to design a house that ensures grandeur with a dash of sophistication and creates a contemporary luxury that enriches the exquisite look with contrasting color palette , patterns and textures . With this project it was all about making each and every element thoughtful , vibrant and full of personality .

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE DESIGN ELEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROJECT ?
ROHIT & PUJA : Certainly the Living area : to be precise the staircase rail and the entrance lobby with tropical wallpaper and artwork .
For us , it is the overall look and feel of the house showcasing elegance with a splash of pop color palette .
