TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROJECT ? WHAT WAS THE
CONCEPT BEHIND ITS DESIGN INCEPTION ?
NIKHITA : “ ESCAPADE " carves a niche in Pink City ’ s healthcare sector , is this boldly done laser & plastic surgery clinic , located at Mahesh Nagar , Jaipur , Rajasthan .
We feel that a well-designed clinic is critical to the health and well-being of the patients and healthcare practitioners who use it on a daily basis . As a result , the main objective was to optimize patients experience through the design of the built environment by creating spaces that were appropriate for the evolving generations of patients as well as the demands of the workforce . To achieve this , the goal was to marry the clinic ' s mission with its ultra-cool interiors , which were made possible through the utilization of design elements not typically found in a medical facility .
All of this was planned to create an appealingly beautiful design that would inspire boldness and foster openness in client-doctor relationships . A place that is both functional and efficient in terms of space .
WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE DESIGN ELEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROJECT ?
NIKHITA : In designing this practical and yet a visionary delight we have followed English psychoanalyst Anthony Storr ’ s advice :“ Originality implies being bold enough to go beyond accepted norms ”. And , loved how our whimsical color palette , clubbed with a variety of patterns and textures , created a warm yet diverse vibe for this project .
The color scheme was designed to provide the impression of open , weightless space . We feel that the correct color can make or break a room , and we love how this vibrant color palette gives the area its own personality and , as a result , its own unique identity .
