TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PROJECT ? WHAT WAS THE CONCEPT BEHIND ITS DESIGN
INCEPTION ?
RUCHIR : “ THE SAMPRAT BUNGALOW " is located in Vadodara ,
Gujarat , India .“ Samprat ” one of all the projects we completed recently is very dear to our heart . The concept while designing Samprat was creating a huge stylish contemporary bungalow which was far more challenging due to its scale & exclusive requirements . It can be put forth as a test of imaginative abilities when it comes to designing such massive space , as it is mandatory to define limitations in the first place a similar scenario was perceived in this mansion , which is extraordinarily modern & ergonomic in function . The project is been designed with ravishing details and wonderfully articulated interior which restores a positive vibe in the house for the user as well as guests . The glamorous collection of elements with a luxurious touch impresses everybody & certainly is a ‘ dream
house ’ for many .

WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE DESIGN ELEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROJECT ?
RUCHIR : Well it is very difficult to answer what was our favorite design elements associated with this project as the entire house is just very wonderfully articulated considering every minute details . But still my eyes got caught when we look at the extended & elongated porch at the entrance giving a monumental imitation to the living fantasy . The dialect of the house at its best . The surrounded greenery gives us the sanity of the place .
The gigantic main door done with minute details using brass inlays gives the royal feeling as we enter the entrance leads us to the heart of the house in which the courtyard holds the staircase talking about it is being ornamented with brass railing and customized with single stone elephant sculpture which is beautifully placed in waterbody on the either sides of the staircase . The central family sitting with a double-height establishes a visual connection & results in delusions of grandeur simultaneously .
