areas , and restaurant at THE JOHRI have been meticulously designed by NAINA SHAH , who combines contemporary and traditional aesthetics with an understated
elegance . Shah whimsically brings her innovative use of pattern , texture and artwork to each space . Each unique suite overlooks an inner courtyard , and showcases a distinctive blend of heritage , craftsmanship , and comfort .
Across the hotel , a carefully curated collection of antique and custom furniture , textiles , and art from Rajasthan come together to create an environment of relaxed splendor . “ The revival of this legacy property captures the spirit and romanticism of an old-world Jaipur while also bringing to light the contemporary pulse of the city with bold colors , interesting patterns , and thoughtful amenities .” says Shah who is the director of a couture embroidery atelier based in New York and Mumbai .
