Band 5 / 6 Substance Misuse Nurse – Community ( Sittingbourne ) As part of a team providing a mix of psychosocial and clinical interventions this role is ideal for nurses seeking to broaden their understanding of caring for high risk adults .
Band 5 Nurse – Clouds House ( Wiltshire ) The post holder will : provide holistic assessment , brief interventions , assess and monitor medical detoxification .
