Services work closely with the Rough Sleepers Drug and Alcohol Team ( RSDAT ) connected to Ealing RISE through Change Grow Live . They offer out-of-hours support , signposting , in-house community programmes comprising groups and training , and in-reach services , enabling residents to access NHS primary care services , including nurses , dietitians , opticians and BBV testing .
Aspinden Care Home Aspinden Care Home is a CQC registered service providing long-term 24-hour care and support to people with a history of alcohol dependency , poor mental health and homelessness . The centre supports people of any gender 18 + and can take referrals from across the UK .
Aspinden specialises in working with people not ready to give up drinking using trauma-informed care and compassionfocused therapy . Staff focus on risks and harm minimisation and offer a range of interventions to residents to improve quality of life , wellbeing and self-confidence , including social activities , community
engagement and nutrition support , alongside support planning and goal setting to reduce alcohol intake or work towards abstinence .
