Our friendly , experienced team are only a phone call away to talk to you about your concerns for yourself or a loved one . We help people struggling with addiction and mental health issues to get their lives back through our detox and rehabilitation services .
Our team of experts includes therapists , psychiatrists , nurses and recovery specialists , and our holistic programme incorporates mindfulness and yoga . We put families at the heart of our programme . The journey doesn ’ t stop when you leave our residential centre , and we have an extensive aftercare community .
Gladstones is also one of the very few centres in the UK to work with young adults aged 16 and 17 , and we have been helping teenagers recover from addiction and other self-harming behaviours since 2012 through a familycentred and clinically tested approach .
