12 Step Therapist

Steps2Recovery are excited to recruit a full-time 12 step therapist to join our multidisciplinary team .
We provide a 12-week residential residential drug and alcohol program to individuals caught in the cycle of crime , prison , addiction and homelessness .
You will be highly motivated to work in a demanding environment as well as having experience of delivering 12 step treatment in a residential setting , carrying a case load and an ability to work with risk assessments and safeguarding issues .
In return we offer up to £ 32,000 per annum , 25 days annual leave , clinical supervision , and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others .

You must have experience of delivering a wide range of events , generating income , and working to budgets and deadlines .
