You will work within a hybrid model as part of a flexible, multi-disciplinary team, travelling across the probation delivery units in the boroughs of: Ealing & Hillingdon, Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster.
Probation Team Leaders, Lincolnshire and Hull
You will be managing a team of practitioners based in your region who deliver the Dependency and Recovery Service to adult males under probation supervision, supporting them to implement their action plan and navigate their recovery journey.
