The DCS Team made the holiday season more enjoyable for children in need . DCS employees donated hundreds of toys to support the partnership with the Georgia Division of Family and Children ' s Services ' ( DFCS ) Secret Santa Program . The toys collected will be provided to 25 children across the state . DCS employees made financial donations that will support an additional eight foster children for a total contribution of 31 deserving children and over $ 5,300 raised .

DCS employees provided school supplies and care packages to those in need within their local communities during the Department ’ s statewide Summer Day of Service . These dedicated public servants distributed school supplies and assembled care packages to multiple locations within their local communities .
