DR. CONNOR WEISSER
Dr. Weisser grew up in the close-knit town of Brush, Colorado, where community values and a deep appreciation for helping others were instilled early on. Inspired by his mother, a dedicated Physician Assistant,
his path toward medicine began not in textbooks, but at home— watching the impact of compassionate care firsthand.

Today, Dr. Weisser brings that same spirit to his work as a physician, combining clinical skill with a genuine commitment to empowering patients to take autonomy over their health. He believes medicine is most effective when it’ s a collaboration built on trust, education, and listening.
Outside of the exam room, life is just as full. He shares it with his beautiful fiancée, Ashley, and their two beloved dogs, Nymeria and Maverick. An avid sports fan— especially when it comes to football— he takes great pride in his fantasy football track record and looks forward to someday coaching his children ' s teams from the sidelines.
Dr. Weisser is also a passionate adventurer and student of history. Whether learning the stories behind the countries he visits or summiting the peaks of mountains, he embraces the world with curiosity and drive. He’ s climbed the majority of Colorado’ s 14,000-foot peaks and is currently preparing for his second attempt at Mount Kilimanjaro this fall.
Grateful to live and serve in a beautiful, generous community, Dr. Weisser stays rooted in what first called him to medicine: connection, care, and the chance to make a meaningful difference one patient, one step, and one story at a time.
DR. JARON MINER
Jaron Miner, D. O., Family Medicine and Primary Care at Monument Health Custer Clinic, was first introduced to the Black Hills when he joined Monument Health Rapid City Hospital’ s Family Medicine Residency after medical school.
He quickly fell in love with the beauty of the area and the strong sense of community.
Though life took him away for a Miner Family time while he practiced medicine in
Wesley, Jaron, Bridger, Arizona and Alaska, he always felt a Michaela & Wrenley, Brixton pull to return. That journey ultimately brought him and his family to Custer, their home for the past five and a half years.
Originally from Orem, Utah, Dr. Miner grew up with a deep appreciation for nature, family, and faith. After high school, he served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Seattle, Washington. It was an experience that not only strengthened his spiritual foundation but also prepared him with life skills essential to his future in medicine.
