Today ’ s data centres are highly virtualised environments . Densely packed and home to unparalleled levels of enterprise data . So much so , data centres are now commonly the repository for the enterprise ’ s key digital assets and resources . Their high value makes them a tantalising target for attackers and their position within the enterprise means that attacks may be relatively mature by the time they manifest .
