projects & agreements Outsourcery enables leading law firm to embrace Skype for Business Keoghs, a Top 100 law firm, is to deploy Skype for Business from Outsourcery. A dramatic increase in call volumes was putting a growing strain on their inflexible and ageing Private Branch Exchange (PBX) based telephony system. They needed a new solution, with the flexibility to support the next stage of growth, with cost effective scalability that avoided the significant upfront capital cost of a traditional hardware PBX. Outsourcery has been able to fully support a hybrid cloud model with deployment options across Outsourcery’s O-Cloud and Office365 Cloud PBX. Keoghs will be able to take full advantage of the unified communications capability of Skype for Business by combining voice, video, desktop sharing, conferencing, instant messaging and user presence in one user interface, which is accessible from any device, anytime, anywhere. Outsourcery is also able to support Keoghs with a related call centre and call recording functionality. Given the nature of its business, Keoghs are committed to best-practice information security; a prerequisite readily satisfied by Outsourcery’s security accreditations including ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001 standards plus the Cloud Industry Forum’s Code of Practice certification.
