• Sunbathing is unsupervised and therefore sunbathers
should exercise caution since the traffic flow and
movement is not fully regulated.
• All vehicles shall be parked headed in a east-west
position.
• County vehicle access fees imposed February 1st to
Labor Day.
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the county
beach at all times.
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at Flagler Avenue &
27th Street parking lots at all times.
• Obey 10 MPH speed limit at all times.
• Glass bottles and/or containers prohibited at all times.
• Animals prohibited on beach even under restraint.
• Harvesting of sea oats is prohibited.
• Driving on the dunes is prohibited.
• No frisbee shall be tossed over or through traffic lanes.
• Contact lifeguards for beach information, first aid
treatment and ocean conditions.
• No swimming within 200 yards of the jetty rocks.
• All air-filled flotation devices must be secured with
safety ropes.
• Swim within 100 yards of a lifeguard tower.
• Motor vehicles on the beach prohibited one hour after
sunset and one hour prior to sunrise on the beach.
