West of S.R. 44, south on Mission Drive. One of the sugar mills that thrived along Florida’s coast
in the early 1800’s the ruins are what remains after an 1835 attack by Seminole Indians. From the
beachside take the South Causeway over the overpass west 1/4 mile to Mission Road and turn left.
