Dynamic Aging Workshop
Aging is inevitable—aches and pains are not! Based on
the movement work of Katy Bowman and featured on
NBC’s Today Show, you will learn simple movements
and alignment techniques that will assist in balance
and mobility, strength, stability and pain relief. You will
actively participate in the movements while standing in

Tai Chi/Qigong Movements for Seniors
The best of both disciplines! Improve your balance and
flexibility as you gently move your body. Over the course of
the school year, you will learn and practice the Tai Chi Yang
Style 24 Short Form as well as some gentle flowing Qigong
movements. Class size is limited to 12 participants.

Ageless Grace®
Exercise for the brain, done from a chair! Ageless Grace® consists simple
movements that can stimulate the brain like no other exercise can do! Best of
all, these movements are all performed from the comfort of a chair which means
