Stretch Increase your �lexibility while toning your muscles with the gentle , �lowing movements of this full body workout designed for seniors . Essentrics ® combines the strengthening theories of ballet which create long , lean , �lexible muscles , and the �lowing movements of Tai Chi which improve balance and decrease joint pain . Essentrics ® is practiced barefooted . Class includes standing and �loor work though all movements , including those on the �loor , may be modi�ied so it is not necessary to be on the �loor .
