Stretch Increase your �lexibility while toning your muscles with the gentle, �lowing movements of this full body workout designed for seniors. Essentrics ® combines the strengthening theories of ballet which create long, lean, �lexible muscles, and the �lowing movements of Tai Chi which improve balance and decrease joint pain. Essentrics ® is practiced barefooted. Class includes standing and �loor work though all movements, including those on the �loor, may be modi�ied so it is not necessary to be on the �loor.
