MEALS ON WHEELS – WE ARE HERE WHEN YOU NEED US !
Whether you are recovering from a recent hospitalization , require assistance shopping for groceries or preparing meals , have special dietary needs , or have lost the desire to cook , Meals on Wheels is the neighborhood service you can rely on for a nutritious meal . Ramsey County has eight Meals on Wheels locations that deliver Monday through Friday . All meals are made from scratch locally .

DELIVERY OPTIONS
• a hot midday meal 1 – 5 days a week
• a weekly delivery of 1 – 7 frozen meals ( along with thawing and heating instructions )
• A combination of hot meals during the week and cold / frozen meals for the weekend
DURATION
• short-term as you recover
• longer term so you can remain living independently
FUNDING OPTIONS
• Private Pay ( sliding fee scale )
• Waivered Plan ( eligibility determinted by a case manager following a MNChoices Assessment )
