New! Essentrics ® Gentle Stretch Increase your flexibility while toning your muscles with the gentle, flowing movements of this full body workout designed for seniors. Essentrics ® combines the strengthening theories of ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the flowing movements of Tai Chi which improve balance and decrease joint pain. Essentrics ® is practiced bare-footed. Class includes standing and floor work though all movements, including those on the floor, may be modified so it is not necessary to be on the floor.
