Welcome to Kathy Meyer , R . N . Kathy began providing foot care by appointment in September . The Footopia Foot Care Clinic is available on the second Wednesday of each month . The $ 38 fee ( cash / check ) is paid at the time of service . Kathy is unable to bill your insurance for the service . METRO DINING CLUB FUNDRAISER
For just $ 25 , enjoy 2-for-1 dining at 138 area restaurants . Options include breakfast , lunch , dinner , dine-in , and takeout . GENTLE JOY-FILLED YOGA RETURNS
Jane Sheridan is once again offering her Gentle Joy- Filled Yoga class in person on Wednesdays from 1:00 to 2:00 pm , beginning January 27 . Class will meet in the gym . This class is free for those with the SilverSneaker insurance benefit or you can pay the low rate of $ 36 for 6 sessions . Drop-in rate is $ 8 per session . To attend class , enter and exit through door 2E on Manton St .
NEW ACTIVITY — DICE GAMES
Farkle , Yahtzee , Tenzi , Sequence Dice — oh my ! It ’ s about to get noisy on Thursday afternoons . Even if you have never played some of these games , stop on in and shake the dice — we will teach you to play . There are plenty of dice so everyone will have their own to use . Dice games meets on Thursday afternoons from 1:30 to 3:30 pm in room 107B .

MEALS ON WHEELS
Gladstone Meals on Wheels continues to serve nutritious meals to adults in the community . During the pandemic clients are receiving a once a week delivery of frozen meals . Daily hot meal delivery is still available for those who require it .
PANERA BAKERY DAY
We are once again able to offer Panera baked goods weekly on Thursdays . The time has changed to 1:15 pm and the supply has been bountiful most weeks . You are asked to wait in your car or outside of door 2E ( the south end of the gym ) on Manton St . The door will open at 1:15 pm .
Gladstone Meals on Wheels is able to provide frozen meals , free of charge , for adults impacted by COVID . These meals are funded by grants through Ramsey County ( for county residents only ) and Metro Meals on Wheels . Call 651-748-7250 for more information .
