NEW! Basic Golf Skills for Adults
The basic golf skills program is designed around having fun and learning
basic techniques on the golf course. This class focuses on providing a
deeper understanding of the short game and golf swing. Beginning golfers,
infrequent golfers and former golfers are encouraged to participate. Lessons
include putting, chipping, pitching and full swing including set up. You must

A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using
