Fructose derived from corn is now very cheap, and it is widely used in a lot of food products and other things. Almost everyone drinks soda, and many people consume too much sugar. Consuming too much sugar is the leading factor in diabetes, and chronic disease. Fructose is the main cause of non-alcoholic fatty liver. If you consume too many sodas, you can have many negative health problems happen to you.
