istoric Latta Plantation is a circa 1800 cotton plantation located on the
banks of Mountain Island Lake in Huntersville, North Carolina. Here you
will find a large plantation home which uniquely resembles Philadelphia style
town homes from the same era, the
Federalist period. It is unusual that a

Plantation, is located in the backwoods
of the North Carolina piedmont - on
a plantation of all places. With tall
