Car Club of America Time Trial event - competition licensed drivers in
prepared sports cars race one at a time up a 2-mile mountain road in class
competition. The course is located near the Cherohala Skyway & Tail of
the Dragon in beautiful Robbinsville in Graham County. The road race
is on the edge of the Nantahala Forest, where spectators, course workers
and drivers enjoy some of North Carolina’s most beautiful mountain

Dan River Boat Race Saturday, Aug 3, 2013 Lindsey Bridge Access,
Madison NC Mayodan, NC 27027 Families and singles alike with their
kayaks and canoes gather together at the Lindsey Bridge Boat access
in Madison to begin a fun yet competitive 2.5 mile race down the Dan
River. Begins at 10:00am. Fun for the entire family and awards given.
